A close-knit college of over 1,000 students, the CoA+A offers more than 30 degrees and concentrations across five creative departments: architecture, art & art history, dance, music and theatre.

  • LS3P School of Architecture Scholarship: David R. Ravin School of Architecture alumnus Jeff Floyd '77 is challenging alumni and friends to support architecture scholarships and launch microgrants. 49 gifts will unlock his generous $4,000 reward for the LS3P SoA Scholarship!
  • College of Arts + Architecture General Fund: Alumnus Jeff Floyd '77 is challenging you to support your favorite Arts and Architecture fund for Niner Nation Gives. If the college secures 200 gifts in 49 hours, a bonus gift of $3,500 will unlock from Jeff!
  • Pride of Niner Nation Marching Band Matching Challenge: Alumni couple Gene '73 and Vickie '71, '82 Johnson are matching all gifts to PNNMB 2 to 1 for #NinerNationGives. Triple your impact for the band!

Support student scholarships in any of the five departments within the CoA+A or give to one of the interdisciplinary funds below, including our one-of-a-kind Launch Microgrant fund!


CoA+A "Launch" Microgrants
The concept of microgrants, or seed money, has become widely practiced as a way to boost blossoming entrepreneurs and artists. As creative students graduate, many could benefit from seed money to help launch them into their careers or create worthwhile projects. The first “Launch” grant of $500 will be awarded in April 2024.


Pride of Niner Nation Marching Band
Celebrating the 10th anniversary of the Marching Band! The PNNMB performs at football and basketball games, special events, and city parades, and takes part in local high school competitions, delivering 49er Pride in many ways. Members of the band come from each of the eight Colleges on campus. Your gift provides pivotal funding as we continue to grow.
