Celebrate Niner Nation Gives at the Faculty & Staff Kickoff! This year, we are Building Charlotte Together.

Celebrate the power of community at the Friends of the Good book launch. Join us for an intimate evening with esteemed alumnus and philanthropist Demond T. Martin ’97. Enjoy narrative conversations with those who shaped Demond’s journey—including his college roommates, fraternity brothers, and mentor Erskine Bowles—to demonstrate how our lives are transformed by those who walk alongside us.

The evening begins with a reception and meet-and-greet where you can purchase your copy of Friends of the Good before the program begins.

Join us for the Niner Nation Gives BIG Student Event! With 60+ student organizations tabling, a live DJ, and even an appearance by Norm the Niner, this drop-in event is the perfect way to see how we are building our future together.

Triple your impact: thanks to a generous alumni couple, all student gifts made during the event will be matched 2:1! While you're there, visit the central tent for exclusive Niner Nation Gives t-shirts and swag, grab some food, and play games like Plinko or the Cash Vault to help your favorite organizations win even more bonus funds.

Greek Life Fund Challenge
Chancellor Sharon Gaber and alumnus Demond Martin '97 have come together to challenge Niner Nation to support the Greek Life Fund! UNC Charlotte's fraternities and sororities, a diverse and values-based community, are uniquely positioned to build the leaders of tomorrow. If the fund secures 449 gifts in 49 hours, Dr. Gaber and Demond will contribute a $5,000 prize!

Provost Troyer's Beat Your Best Leadeboard!
The top three areas who have the largest percentage increase from last year will receive bonus money from Provost Troyer! The academic school, college, department or program with the largest improvement will receive $2,500. The area with the second largest improvement will receive $1,500 and the third largest improvement will receive $1,000.
