Now it's time for you to leave your permanent mark on campus through the Class of 2024 Gift Campaign.
Every gift of $49 or more, made by (or on behalf of) a graduating senior will be honored with a personalized brick on 49er Way. All proceeds from the brick sales benefit the fund of your choice.
Your gift, no matter the size, helps Niner students succeed!
- Your donation means you're investing in other Niners.
- Support from Niners (alumni and students) paved the way for you; now you can pay it forward!
- Without scholarships, many students wouldn't be able to afford to pursue a degree at UNC Charlotte.
What does the Class of 2024 Class Gift Support?
The graduates of the Class of 2024 can chose to shape what's next at Charlotte by supporting one or more of the following funds: the Evergreen Scholarship Fund, Mental Health Assistance Fund and PFLAG Scholarships.
The Evergreen Scholarship Fund is designated to help our students with their ultimate goal - to graduate. This Scholarship Fund allows the University to combine several donors' gifts, regardless of size, to leverage additional funding for students to get them over a small financial hurdle.
The Mental Health Assistance Fund provides support for students who are referred to outside providers by the University and need assistance in covering the costs associated with seeking off-campus mental health care.
The PFLAG Scholarship seeks to recognize outstanding students who are members of the LGBTQIA+ community, or who actively work within the community, to encourage continuing education in order to foster a positive image of gay and lesbian people in society.

Your brick will be installed along 49er Way, between Cameron Boulevard and the football stadium. It's the path the Charlotte 49ers Football team, marching band, and fans take during home football games (one of the most photographed on campus)!
Please note that all perk levels listed above are suggested donation amounts.
We have been challenged to reach 600 donors before commencement in Spring 2024.
If we reach our goal, an emblem will be installed by your bricks and will be dedicated to the Class of 2024.
*Stoles can be picked up at the Harris Alumni Center on campus Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm until May 8th, 2024. We unfortunately cannot mail any stoles.*
